1. Decorating for Christmas while drinking hot chocolate (despite it being 80+ degrees outside...boo).
I'm so excited to have a real tree this year - my apartment smells like a winter wonderland!
4. The fact that I workout and then proceed to drink beer & eat pizza. I like to call it balance ;)
5. The app called Snapchat. It's basically an app that allows you to take pictures and send them to your friends. The catch is the viewer can only see the photo for 1-10 seconds (you choose) before it disappears for good. My friends & I like to send pictures of the most hideous faces that we can make...it's quite entertaining.
6. Reading and re-reading this baby. No, I am not engaged! I've wanted to work in the wedding industry since high school, so I've been wedding obsessed for awhile. It's normal for me to hoard wedding magazines :)
What have you been loving lately?
beer and pizza is the best reward for working out
ReplyDeleteSo much fun to see the workout/beer/pizza photo! That sign is lovely! And I've never touched a gun! I'm loving time alone at the moment, actually I'm savouring it, as there doesn't seem to be very much of it!
ReplyDeleteYour tree is SO cute and that hot chocolate looks amazing! And I LOVE the pic of you in workout clothes drinking beer and eating pizza...classy :)

that app sounds really funny. and at least you worked out and then ate pizza and beer! cancels each other out!
ReplyDeleteI've had my Christmas tree up since November 1 (yes, I'm one of people..) and it's so weird to me that it was 72 yesterday, December 9th! Today it's 44 so a little more wintery but still not what I'm use to!
ReplyDeleteI have a terrible habit of working out for an hour and a half and then eating a candy bar. FAIL.
Also, I sometimes buy bridal magazines for fun. Especially now that I'm my cousin's MOH! I'll hit up Pinterest for lots of that too!

Truth... I workout JUST so I don't feel guilty for the wine and pizza I indulge in!!! That's what the sweat is for, right?!?! Releasing sweat and taking in the alcohol to hydrate ourselves :)
ReplyDeleteLove your lil' tree!! Nothing smells more like Christmas than that fresh pine!!
Happy Monday my love!
I am obsessed with Southern Weddings! I just got married earlier this year and was constantly on their website!
ReplyDeleteFizz and Frosting
I love seeing your pretty face all over your blog! :)
ReplyDeleteAw I love Adam's gift to you! :) And I totally agree with balance too ;) lol!
ReplyDeletelove ya sweetie!!
LOL that picture of you drinking beer and eating pizza kills me, you are simply the best Jess.
ReplyDeleteLook at you in those shorts! I don't even wear them when it's hot, haha. It's still hot here too :( That book is awesome!!
ReplyDeleteI totally love that your apartment smells likes winter wonderland! We went with a fake tree this year and opted for real wreaths! But it is not as potent as your tree I bet.
ReplyDeleteAlso, I've hoarded wedding magazines since I started my Event Management major! And now that I am engaged, I'm kind of bored with the mags since now I work weddings!
1. I love your tree it looks beautiful
ReplyDelete2. It has been 80 degrees in Tallahassee too, it finally got cold today so maybe it will make it's way down to you guys.
3. You know snap-chat had to be created by a perv trying not to get busted, hahahaha.
4. Southern Weddings are the BEST
4.
I love Southern Weddings Magazine! I was lucky enough to be one of the bridesmaids featured in the "My Kentucky Rose" shoot! Such a fun magazine with lots of cute Southern tips. Enjoy!
ReplyDeleteBeer and pizza are two things I refuse to give up. Of course lately, I haven't given up anything. The gym is screaming my name...I've got to get my butt back into shape.
ReplyDeleteYour "beer and pizza" comment makes me laugh. In college, I had to stop working out for one semester because I would always get home, crack open a beer, and order a pizza. It was bad. And expensive. Not to mention counter-intuitive.
