Pumpkin Spice "Latte"

One of my favorite things about fall is enjoying a nice Pumpkin Spice Latte.
However, I don't like spending $4.00+ dollars and 200+ calories at Starbucks. You feel me?

So I decided to make my own version :)

I use the word "latte" loosely, because I'm pretty sure a latte entails steamed milk or something. Which my version is by no means fancy enough to include steamed milk. But it still tastes delicious if you ask me!

Here's what you'll need:

I put 2 tablespoons of the vanilla flavored natural bliss in my coffee cup. Then I brew the pumpkin spice flavored coffee, using my Keurig machine. I mix in a dash of pumpkin pie spice & 1/2 teaspoon of Truvia.  I top the coffee with a dollop of Fat Free Reddi Whip and sprinkle some cinnamon on top of the whip. BAM DONE.

Super easy. Super delicious. Super fall worthy.

I don't know if you know this, but if I have coffee with you, that means that I really like having you as a friend. So consider yourselves good friends of mine now ;)

Enjoy :)

  2. Yum!! I'll have to try that. Wonder if mixing in the pumpkin pie spice with regular coffee gets you close to the same effect?

  16. YUM!

Thanks for sharing!! I really need to try this, and I'm also ashamed to say that I have yet to get a Pumpkin Spice Latte at Starbucks this season. Mainly because of the price.

But..I could definitely try this out! Happy Wednesday! :)

  17. What a fun idea! :) And a Latte is when there is about a 1/2 inch or inch layer of foamed milk on top. :) But it's the same effect without it in my opinion! I used to be a SB Barista!
