Today I'm excited to be back :)
Here are 5 of my favorite things from this week!
one.
I've always written country music off. My parents didn't like it when I was a kid, so I just assumed it was awful. Well confession: I've been listening to it NON STOP this last two weeks. And actually enjoying it...who have I become?! ;) Who are your favorite country singers?!
two.
Adam & I went to one of our favorite restaurants for dinner this week...Bonefish Grill! So delicious. And we ate SO. MUCH. FOOD. Seriously ridiculous. That drink you see in the martini glass was the best drink I've ever had...it tasted like liquid applesauce.
three.
One of my good friends just got a husky puppy...oh my gosh. I can't even handle his cuteness! His name is Baron & he is the sweetest puppy ever :)
four.
Pumpkin spice latte & pedis with best friends = enough said.
five.
New favorite wine = red moscato

Luke Bryan is why I clicked on this so quickly..he.is.amazing!! He is my favourite country singer - and I am all country music all the way!! I just saw him 3 weeks ago in concert with Jason Aldean..and now my life is complete!!

ReplyDeleteLuke Bryan is the bomb dot com! You should check out Hunter Hayes, Josh Turner, Carrie Underwood, The Band Perry... Growing up in Nashville, I really haven't known anything besides country so it's ALWAYS exciting for me to read someone else falling in love! :) Enjoy!

&& I am a HUGE country fan!! matter of fact, I am seeing Jason Aldean & Luke Bryan in concert this weekend!!! they are the ONLY people ( country music) ive ever seen that sounds like their albums.. rap always changes, rock does, etc. welcome to the country lovin' group of people!!!

ReplyDelete1.) Hooray! Where do I even begin? Rascal Flatts is forever my favorite. Love Phil Vassar's voice. *swoon* Miranda Lambert is hardcore. Rant: Taylor Swift hardly counts as country anymore. Anything after her first album is not country.

4.) I got my Starbs free drink postcard in the mail but haven't used it yet. This weekend. Yes!

I just got into country music this past year too! My favorites are Lauren Alaina (check out The Locket, Dirt Road Prayer, and Eighteen Inches. Really her whole Wildflower album is awesome), Jana Kramer (Whisky and Why ya wanna), Hunter Hayes (wanted), and of course Carrie Underwood! Ohhh and Brantley Gilbert! You dont know her like I do by him is one of my favorite songs!

ReplyDeleteCountry music is amazing! Glad you're finally starting to see that. :P I had to convert my husband to country after we were married, but now he's looking up Carrie Underwood and Brad Paisley concerts in the area, so it's safe to say he's a believer in his own right by now!

Red moscato?!?! Say whhhhhaaaaaa???? Is it as sweet as the white moscato?? Dying to try it and making it a point to find it tomorrow!
