hello, lovely ladies! so happy to be here!
i'm lauren and i blog over at from my grey desk. i blog about a lot of different things, but one of my favorite things is fashion. i don't mean runway model, designer, high fashion. i mean regular people, outlet store, everyday fashion. you know, the kind of stuff that average jane's can wear.
today, i'm sharing an outfit that is a play on one of my favorite trends right now, color blocking. i think it's super fun and playful and anyone that has a few colored items can do it.
top: j. crew // pants: macy's // shoes: franco sarto // necklaces: j. crew and handmade // watch: fossil // bracelet: bevello
so, what do you think? would you wear something like this? i dare you to try it out for yourself, you just may love it!
if you have any questions, feel free to visit my blog!

Great outfit Lauren. Those colors go so well together that it almost seems neutral instead of wild. Love it all. I would absolutely do it. Great happy hour or date night outfit.

ReplyDeleteGreat Outfit!
ReplyDeleteI am quite fond of color blocking! Cute hair, too!
ReplyDeleteYay!! I "color-blocked" today!! Kelly green scoop tee and hot pink skirt!! I threw a yellow and white striped tank from Gap under my tee. Then added in my gold/silver Merona sandals from Tar-jay!! I was scared but I did it. Even went to the mall. Yikes!!! Best part: My extremely conservative, inside the box husband commented on it by saying "That's a pretty cool outfit!" Oh Yeah!!! SCORE!!!
ReplyDeleteThanks to you and Lauren and my other favorite bloggers for the inspiration...AND the courage!!
What a cutie! Love her outfit :)
ReplyDeletexo & happy Friday!
